A few weeks ago, I peeped the DeScribe-Y-Love-Prodezra collaboration video, Change, and followed up with a comment on the release of their new song, Make It. Now the Make It video is in production. As the Shemspeed blog reports, the shoot has been completed, replete with dancers, graff writers and ‘surprises’. I’m sure the video will complement the spiritual lyrics and high-energy beats, and will be a welcome guest in my home. Here a few pics from the shoot. More can be found on Flickr.

The vid, along with the full Change EP, is to be released on May 12th. This day coincides with Lag B’Omer, the 33rd day of the counting of the Omer, the verbal and spiritual counting of each of the forty-nine days between the Jewish holidays of Passover (when Jews left Egypt) and Shavuot (the giving of the Ten Commandments). On Lag B’Omer, bonfires are lit all over the Jewish world. Releasing the fullness of Change on this day, as DeScribe raps and I believe, is ‘the little spark we need to light the fire that will blaze up the night’.
